Starting a billing trouble ticket
If you are having problems related to your account billing, you can start a billing trouble ticket.
To start a billing trouble ticket:
- In AccountManager, click Support.
- Click the Start Trouble Ticket link. The Billing Trouble Ticket Submissions page appears.
- The domain name you are currently managing displays by default. If you are entering a ticket for another domain, enter the domain name.
- In the Type of Problem field, click the down arrow to select the type of problem you are having.
- In the Details box, type a detailed description of your problem.
- Click Submit.
