Starting trouble tickets
If you are having technical problems or have an issue with your billing, you can open a trouble ticket. A trouble ticket enables you to provide us detailed information about your problem and submit that information directly to one of our billing or technical support representatives. Your ticket will be immediately assigned a tracking number that enables us to ensure that the issue is addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
You can start a billing or technical support trouble ticket from the Support section in AccountManager.
